The IEP Shield process is designed to be a simple and seamless process for parents/guardians.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the next step and how to complete the short profile surveys
The profile surveys and background questionnaires are designed to help us best understand the needs of your child during our analysis.
You will be directed to a secure drop box or link for sharing your child's IEP draft. Please note that teachers/case managers must submit complete IEP drafts otherwise we will not conduct an analysis.
After approximately 72 hours, your child's IEP will be returned to you with detailed annotations, notes and a summary of questions and concerns to raise at your child's IEP meeting.
Form Letters
We also provide short form letters/emails that you may use to communicate with your child's case manager. Communication is important and it can be beneficial for your child's school to be aware that you are working with an advocacy firm so as to ensure that the IEP process is being conducted in a thorough manner.
